Kayla Spinks

Solicitor

Kayla grew up in rural Waikato and went on to study at the University of Waikato. She graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in March 2023 and practised law in the Waikato before relocating to Marlborough in October 2025.

Since joining Hardy-Jones Clark in October 2025, Kayla has been working across both Stephanie Ginders’ and Jodi Harris’ teams, with her practice primarily focused on Property and Wills.

Outside of work, Kayla loves all that Marlborough has to offer. She enjoys spending time on the water exploring the Marlborough Sounds and venturing into the bush for hikes, fully embracing the region’s natural beauty.
